Aside from delivery papers, shoveling snow, and mowing lawns, the very first job I ever had was washing dishes in a restaurant. I worked various roles in restaurants all the way through High School and into my early 20's before beginning my restaurant operations management career. In my professional travels I have amassed over 10 years of General Manager level experience working for companies such as Green Mill, Granite City Food and Brewery, and Parasole Restaurant Holdings.
I have worked under some incredible mentors over the years and had my fair share of both success and failure. Countless lessons from others taught me how to become a better operator, but the greatest professional education I ever received was opening and closing my own restaurant, Z Italiano. It is now my mission to take what I have learned over the years to help other people and businesses in this industry.
I live in Chaska, Minnesota, and am not part of a franchised recruiting company. I work primarily in the Twin Cities market, but also work throughout Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Iowa.
